About the Role
Our client, a well-established family-run estate agency based in Nuneaton, is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Estate Agent to join their friendly and professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to work within a supportive local business.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out property valuations and viewings
- Prepare and manage tenancy agreements
- Complete property inventories and conduct end-of-tenancy inspections
- Assist with property marketing, including online listings and promotional materials
- Handle general administrative duties related to lettings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales and Lettings Agent
- Computer literate with good administrative skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Alternative Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- A day off during the week will be given when working Saturday.
