About the Role

Our client, a well-established family-run estate agency based in Nuneaton, is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Estate Agent to join their friendly and professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to work within a supportive local business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out property valuations and viewings
  • Prepare and manage tenancy agreements
  • Complete property inventories and conduct end-of-tenancy inspections
  • Assist with property marketing, including online listings and promotional materials
  • Handle general administrative duties related to lettings

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales and Lettings Agent
  • Computer literate with good administrative skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Alternative Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • A day off during the week will be given when working Saturday.
