Location: Nuneaton Hours: Monday to Friday, 1000am – 6:00pm Pay: £12.71 per hour (National Minimum Wage)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Accommodation Assistant to join our team in Nuneaton.

This is a customer-facing role where you will support the day-to-day management of accommodation, ensuring residents receive excellent service while maintaining accurate records and high standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents, complete bookings, and issue the appropriate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files.
  • Escalate any resident or property issues in line with company procedures.
  • Carry out routine and ad-hoc inspections of resident rooms and communal areas.
  • Collect deposits and Wi-Fi payments, monitor outstanding balances, and manage arrears where required.
  • Handle cash securely and accurately in accordance with company procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and our client, NBBC.
