About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Accommodation Assistant to join our team in Nuneaton.
This is a customer-facing role where you will support the day-to-day management of accommodation, ensuring residents receive excellent service while maintaining accurate records and high standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, complete bookings, and issue the appropriate documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files.
- Escalate any resident or property issues in line with company procedures.
- Carry out routine and ad-hoc inspections of resident rooms and communal areas.
- Collect deposits and Wi-Fi payments, monitor outstanding balances, and manage arrears where required.
- Handle cash securely and accurately in accordance with company procedures.
- Build positive relationships with residents and our client, NBBC.
