About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organised Marketing Content Creator to support the development of our global intranet, internal enablement programmes, and marketing content resources. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple business functions, helping to strengthen collaboration, improve knowledge sharing, and create engaging content that supports employees, sales teams, customers, and operational stakeholders worldwide. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a central intranet hub while developing a wide range of internal and customer-facing materials used across Marketing, Sales, Production, HR, and Operations. Working with international teams across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States, you will help drive internal communication, employee onboarding, continuous learning, and commercial enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, organisation, and ongoing enhancement of the company intranet.
- Structure content into a clear, accessible, and user-friendly platform.
- Coordinate content contributions from business units and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update shared resources, tools, documentation, and internal communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration across global teams.
Internal Enablement & Resource Development
Develop and maintain practical internal materials including:
- Cheat sheets
- Capability summaries
- Presentation decks
- Templates
- Shared programme documentation
- Data input guidance and tracking tools
- Commercial and operational reference materials
Marketing & Content Creation
Create, update, and refine content using standard office formats including:
- PowerPoint presentations
- PDF documents
- Images and visual assets
- Training materials
- Internal videos and multimedia content e.g. Employee onboarding presentations and videos, internal sales enablement materials and internal webinar content, formats, and supporting materials
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Production, HR, and Operations teams.
- Support internal communication campaigns and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Assist with training materials, onboarding resources, and internal presentations.
- Improve visibility of company capabilities, tools, applications, and services across regions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the UK, Europe, and North America.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience creating structured documentation, presentations, or enablement content.
- Confidence working across multiple teams and departments.
