HSL are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client in Coventry for two experienced Temporary Assembly Operators to support their production team. This is a great opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment working with a well‑established company, supporting assembly operations within a fast‑paced production line.

  • Location: Coventry
  • Duration: Temporary assignment from 4th June 2026 – 3rd July 2026
  • Start dates: 4th June 2026, 8th June 2026
  • Number of roles: 2 positions available

Pay & Hours

  • Pay rate: £13.46 per hour
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Role Overview

Successful candidates will be working within a production and assembly environment, supporting the manufacture and assembly of products using hand and air tools. You will be expected to work efficiently as part of an assembly line, following clear processes and maintaining production standards. As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a trial session where they will complete approximately ½ sub‑assemblies. This will allow the client to assess practical ability, attention to detail, and confidence working with tools and processes.

  • Experience in mechanical fitting or similar environments is desirable
