Shift Details:
- Start Time: 7:00 PM
- Typical Shift Length: 7–8 hours
- Shift Pattern: 5 days on / 3 days off (includes weekends)
Pay Rates:
- Logistics Assistant Role: £12.77 per hour, £13.31 per hour after 12 weeks
- Selector Role: £13.44 per hour (before 10:00 PM), £16.79 per hour (after 10:00 PM)
- After 12 Weeks: £14.93 per hour (before 10:00 PM), £18.66 per hour (after 10:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Voice order picking (full training provided)
- Operating a LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) – training provided
- Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
- General warehouse duties
- Loading and dispatch preparation
About You:
This role would suit candidates with experience in:
- Warehouse or order picking environments
- Chill or ambient warehouse settings
- Dispatch, packing, or loading roles
- LLOP operation
- Factory or production work
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided from day one.
