In this field-based role, you’ll help clients stay compliant with key water safety regulations. From conducting surveys and site audits to creating accurate reports and system schematics, your work will help protect people and property.

Day-to-day

  • Carry out Legionella risk assessments in line with HSE guidance (ACoP L8 & HSG274)
  • Create clear, accurate reports and technical documentation
  • Produce system schematics of hot and cold water systems
  • Support with sampling, monitoring, and other water treatment tasks
  • Audit client records and logbooks for compliance
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients
  • Represent HSL professionally at all times

You’ll report to an Account Manager or Supervisor, and while your home base will be in or around the areas of Sunderland, Newcastle upon Tyne or Durham, some UK-wide travel may be required.
