In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting our clients by conducting water testing, monitoring, and maintenance, all while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Contextual Information

These are full-time, permanent positions with opportunities to travel across a variety of sites. As a Monitoring Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that water systems meet the highest standards of health and safety, collaborating with clients, site managers, and compliance officers to monitor and maintain systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Customer-Focused- You’ll be talking to clients and tenants, so we need someone who’s friendly, able to communicate clearly and helpful, always making sure that customers feel supported.
  • Organised & Independent- You’ll manage your own time and arrange site visits. We’re looking for someone who can stay organised and handle tasks without needing constant direction.
  • Team Player -You’ll be working with different people, including other team members, account managers and supervisors. Being able to work well with others is important.
  • Detail-Oriented- You’ll be doing things like water testing and valve checks. We need someone who pays attention to the little details and gets things done right.
  • Eager to Learn- No experience? No problem! We’ll train you, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to learn and improve their skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting water testing and monitoring (in accordance with ACoP L8 guidelines)
  • Monitoring, sampling and various other water treatment tasks
  • Testing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves
  • Shower cleans & other clean and disinfection work
  • Liaising with Clients & Tenants
  • Working at heights/ manual handling
  • Management of own time and arranging own site visits
