At HSL Compliance, we’re looking for motivated people with a driving licence, good work ethic, and positive attitude to join us as Monitoring Technicians. No industry experience? No problem. We’ll provide all the training you need to get started and support you to build a career in a growing industry.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to different sites each day (company vehicle provided after training)
- Carry out simple checks, testing and monitoring of water systems (full training given)
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep systems safe
- Record results on a mobile device
- Talk with clients and tenants in a friendly, professional way
- Manage your own time and schedule site visits

- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Confidence to work independently (once trained)
