Senior Management Accountant Ross on Wye (Hybrid) £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) The Senior Management Accountant will act as the senior finance lead within the business, supporting the Finance Director and Effluent Regional Managing Director in delivering financial performance, cash generation, operational efficiency and value creation. Operating within a fast-paced private equity-backed environment, the role will combine commercial finance, business partnering, financial control leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide insightful analysis, robust financial reporting, effective cash management and strong financial governance whilst supporting strategic growth initiatives and acquisitions.
