Overview
HSL Compliance is growing—and we’re on the lookout for Remedial Technicians to join our expanding team! Location: Watford / Hemel Hempstead / St Albans / Aylesbury. Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent. Hours: 40 hours per week. Salary: £12.31 to £13.57 (DOE and Qualifications).
What You’ll Do
- Perform remedial repairs to ensure water system compliance
- Install, repair, and maintain pipework, tanks, and valves
- Conduct water sampling, temperature checks, and system flushing
- Clean and descale showerheads and other fixtures
- Keep accurate records and liaise with clients onsite
- Follow HSE’s ACoP L8 and all health & safety protocols
About You
You’re hands-on, practical, and proactive. You enjoy solving problems on the job, take pride in your work, and communicate well with clients and team members. Previous experience in water hygiene, plumbing, or Legionella control is beneficial, but full training is provided.
