- What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage all aspects of cost control for projects.
- Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor project progress and implement cost-saving measures.
- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance for stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and change orders effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols.

- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in quantity surveying or contract management within the heating, ventilation, or building services industry.
