You will lead, coach, and direct a dedicated team of administrators.
You will be responsible for setting clear performance goals, maintaining WIP data accuracy, managing software migrations, and delivering the high-level reporting needed for our executive team and Account Managers to make informed decisions.
This is a dynamic, people-first role that combines day-to-day team management with process optimisation and active customer support.
- What You’ll Do
- Direct daily admin workloads, mentor staff, and foster a high-performing team environment.
- Track weekly WIP data to generate accurate performance reports for leadership and Account Managers.
- Oversee contract registers and sales/operations planning (via Quotient) for clear account visibility.
- Support and help lead internal software transitions (including Collabit).
- Collate data, reports, and documentation to prepare Account Managers for monthly progress meetings.
- Resolve incoming queries from customers and field technicians, raising additional work orders as needed.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a customer support management or administration team lead role (Essential).
- Advanced IT skills with a strong aptitude for working with data, handling WIP reports, and navigating CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and data accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and effective under pressure.
