This is a vital, high-impact role designed for a commercially astute leader who can blend hands-on team management with long-term revenue optimisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reporting to the Senior Management Team and working closely with our Commercial Manager, you will oversee day-to-day commercial operations with a focus on sustainable growth, profitability, and premium service delivery.
  • You will lead, coach, and mentor a growing team of Account Executives, transforming them into a highly motivated, high-performing sales unit.
  • By bridging the gap between our technical capacity and market opportunities, you will optimize our sales pipeline, expand wallet share with existing clients, and ensure our commercial activities align perfectly with group-wide strategy and core values.
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, establishing a motivated, target-driven, and high-performing commercial environment.
  • Support the achievement of the annual Enitial sales plan, manage team targets, and hit personal commercial milestones.
  • Conduct managerial duties in line with the group's Delegation of Authority, including approving customer quotations, credit limits, and invoicing workflows.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives across Enitial’s divisions and the wider HSL Group to increase wallet share among existing clients.
  • Take ownership of the quote register and sales pipeline, analysing key statistics and forecasting future upcoming targets for the Senior Management Team.
  • Partner closely with Field Services and Technical teams to thoroughly understand operational capacity, ensuring external sales campaigns match business delivery capabilities.
  • Coordinate annual price increases, support the bid team with high-value tender submissions, and proudly represent Enitial at major industry trade shows and exhibitions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a client management, account management, or high-level client liaison role.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience carrying out environmental field work, giving you a deep, authentic understanding of our services.
  • A proven history of successful commercial delivery, revenue growth, and pipeline optimisation.
  • Demonstrated team leadership or managerial experience with a talent for mentoring and driving sales staff.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • A solution-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving with the confidence to challenge the status quo and act on your own initiative.
  • The ability to travel nationwide, to attend high-stakes client meetings and industry events.
