Responsibilities
- Assist in writing, editing and developing clear, persuasive bid and tender responses.
- Work closely with the Bid Supervisor to learn bid-writing best practice, structure and compliance requirements.
- Review tender documents to understand client questions, requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Help gather and organise information from internal teams to support high-quality written submissions.
- Support the preparation, formatting and submission of tender documents and proposals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing and operations to ensure bids are accurate and consistent.
- Maintain bid records and provide administrative support throughout the bid process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop an understanding of industry standards, client expectations and market trends to strengthen future bids.
Qualifications
We are looking for an aspiring Trainee Bid Writer with a genuine passion for writing and a strong desire to learn and develop. Previous bid or compliance experience is not required β instead, we are seeking someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and work ethic to build a career within our Bid Team.
