HSL Compliance Limited seeks a Director of Air Operations on a national secondment basis, with travel across UK sites. You will own end-to-end Air operations, P&L, technology roadmap, and revenue growth, building a scalable operating model and leading multi-site field teams.
You will work closely with Central Operations, Sales and HSL functions to deliver circa £8m Air revenue in year one and sustain high standards of safety, quality and customer outcomes across the UK.
