We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor who can move past the paperwork to become a true tactical partner for our managers in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive HR team, where you will provide expert guidance, support employee development, and contribute to a wide range of HR initiatives that help drive the business forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • ER & Case Management: Partner with managers to resolve complex employee relations and absence issues early. You’ll move beyond the handbook to provide empathetic, legally-sound guidance that builds leadership confidence.
  • Data & Payroll Integrity: Own the HRIS and payroll accuracy. You will transform raw workforce data into sharp management reports that drive smarter, commercial decision-making.
  • Culture & Development: Lead recruitment and bespoke training initiatives. You’ll ensure performance reviews are genuine tools for growth, positioning yourself as the face of our "People First" mission.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast-paced HR environment with a deep understanding of UK Employment Legislation.
  • The ability to coach managers and provide "human-first" solutions to complex people problems.
  • High attention to detail regarding payroll documentation and HR reporting.
  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or currently working toward it).
