We are looking for a Sales Assistant - home visit to join our welcoming team. Can you deliver an exceptional level of personalised service to introduce feel good furniture to our customers and in turn improve their wellbeing? Then this opportunity could be the perfect fit.

What does a day in the showroom and home visit look like?

From the moment our customers walk through the door, you'll be creating a warm and memorable experience. We also do this when we arrive at our customers' houses (appointment only). That might mean greeting them with a smile and guiding them through our unique chair fitting service not only in the store but in their own homes.

You'll help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed chairs and sofas, supporting them in finding a style, fabric and size that truly suits their needs. You'll also help keep the showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy and welcoming.

We're open every day, so you'll need to be happy working a mix of weekdays and weekends. A DBS check will apply, as this is a customer-facing role.

You'll be supported with in-depth training through our HSL Academy at Comfort House in West Yorkshire, with hands-on learning and expert guidance from our independent Occupational Therapist, Julie Jennings. We're proud to help our people grow.
