Location: Hendon HSL
Hours: 21 per week
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our welcoming team. Can you deliver an exceptional level of personalised service to introduce feel good furniture to our customers and in turn improve their wellbeing? Then this opportunity could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
Deliver a warm and memorable customer experience from greeting to guidance through our showroom and chair fitting service.
Help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of our chairs and sofas and assist them in selecting style, fabric and size that suits their needs.
Keep the showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy and welcoming.
Work a mix of weekdays and weekends as we are open every day.
Note: A DBS check will apply as this is a customer-facing role.

Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn; previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
