Base pay range
- Hours: 35 per week
- Salary: £24,856.50
- Location: Henley-in-Arden
This range is provided by HSL Chairs. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

A day in the life of an HSL Showroom Manager
As the leader of your showroom and home visit service (where applicable), you’ll be responsible for creating a warm, professional and supportive environment for both your team and your customers. You’ll take ownership of the showroom’s commercial performance, leading by example and always looking for ways to improve.

- Commercial awareness to deliver showroom targets and KPIs, including average order value and customer conversion rate.
- The ability to manage payments and handle cash in line with company procedures.
- An awareness of local market conditions and competitor activity.
- The ability to coach your team in delivering exceptional service standards, product knowledge, upselling and cross‑selling to maximise every sales opportunity.
- Pride in your working environment ensuring your showroom, team and any associated delivery vans reflect the standards of a premium brand.
- The ability to recruit the right people who represent HSL’s values and provide a high‑quality induction and ongoing development.
- The ability to conduct regular performance reviews, giving feedback and recognising achievements.
