Location: Sterling Home - Glasgow

Salary: £12.32 per hour

Hours: 24 hours per week

Training: All expenses paid at various locations across Scotland, mainly in the Sterling home: Tillicoultry.

What does a day in the showroom look like?

From the moment our customers enter our luxury showroom, you’ll be creating a warm and memorable experience. That might mean greeting them with a smile or guiding them through our unique chair fitting service. You’ll help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed chairs and sofas, supporting them in finding a style, fabric and size that truly suits their needs. You’ll also help keep our luxury showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy, and welcoming. We’re open every day, so you’ll need to be happy working a mix of weekdays and weekends. A DBS check will apply, as this is a customer-facing role.

  • A warm, empathetic and friendly approach
  • A great eye for detail and pride in your presentation
  • A passion for people and helping others
  • Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm, positive attitude and eagerness to learn matter most.

We’ve got you. You’ll be supported with in-depth training through our HSL Academy at Comfort House in West Yorkshire, with hands-on learning and expert guidance from our independent Occupational Therapist, Julie Jennings. We’re proud to help our people grow.
