Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience, ensuring a seamless installation process, including the careful preservation of the customer\\\’s home and their new furniture
• Act as a HSL customer champion
• Make multiple deliveries each day
• Work with the delivery and warehouse teams to load and unload furniture onto our delivery vehicles
• Ensure that you adhere to all health and safety regulations, including vehicle safety checks
• Coordinate deliveries to a schedule
• Quality checking of products and packaging
• As part of the role, assembly of customer furniture (e.g., chairs, sofas, beds) as part of a premium, white-glove delivery service

Qualifications & Attributes

• A full driving licence
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• While previous experience is a plus, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn are valued
• Has a friendly, caring nature
• Ability to co-ordinate deliveries to a schedule and maintain a premium customer experience
