What does a day in the role look like?
Customer experience sits at the heart of everything we do; our white-glove delivery experience is often the last touchpoint of the customer journey, so ensuring a premium, personal service is essential. Every customer should feel valued as though they are the only customer you are delivering furniture to that day.
Your primary function will be to delight each and every customer, providing a premium, white-glove delivery service, which includes the assembly of their new chair, sofa and/or bed. You will receive comprehensive training and support and will build a friendly rapport with customers and their loved ones.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience, ensuring a seamless installation process and careful preservation of the customer’s home and new furniture
- Act as a HSL customer champion
- Make multiple deliveries each day
- Load and unload furniture onto delivery vehicles in collaboration with delivery and warehouse teams
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including vehicle safety checks
- Coordinate deliveries to a schedule
- Quality checking of products and packaging
