Day in the showroom
From the moment our customers walk through the door, you will create a warm and memorable experience. You will greet them with a smile, help them dodge the rain with an umbrella, and guide them through our unique chair fitting service. You will help customers discover the wellbeing benefits of our expertly designed chairs and sofas, supporting them in finding a style, fabric, and size that truly suits their needs. You will also keep the showroom looking its best, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy, and welcoming. We are open every day, so you will need to be happy working a mix of weekdays and weekends. A DBS check will apply, as this is a customer-facing role.

Training and development
You will be supported with in-depth training through our HSL Academy at Comfort House in West Yorkshire, with hands-on learning and expert guidance from our independent Occupational Therapist, Julie Jennings. We are proud to help our people grow.
