Base pay range: ÂŁ12.30 per hour
Hours: 35 per week

What a day in this role looks like:
This is not a typical driving role. You’ll work closely with one of our expert Comfort Specialists, driving them to and from customer appointments, supporting with demonstrations and ensuring that our vans and showroom are always safe, tidy and reflective of our premium brand. When not on appointments, you’ll help in‑store with general upkeep and customer service, becoming a key part of a small, supportive team. Please note: This is a customer‑facing role and will require a successful DBS check.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the van safely and professionally, following the Highway Code.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the van and complete vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
- Provide a friendly face to customers and assist colleagues with day‑to‑day tasks in the showroom.
- Support in‑store upkeep, light maintenance tasks and keep the space welcoming.
- Undertake regular training to ensure the wellbeing of customers, colleagues and yourself, following health and safety guidelines.
- Manage van stock levels and report any maintenance needs.
- Safely load, unload, lift and carry heavy items such as demonstration chairs.
Qualifications & requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Professional appearance and conduct, representing our premium brand.
- Good local area knowledge and awareness of potential traffic issues or roadworks.
- Great eye for detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to safely load, unload, lift and carry heavy items.
- High standards for van stock management and maintenance reporting.
