  • Sponsorship Deliverables: Coordinate sponsor needs, ensuring contractual deliverables are met on time and to specification.
  • Data Management: Leverage tools like Marketo and Salesforce to identify and engage target audiences.
  • On-Site Support: Manage sponsor activations and interviews at events, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Track performance, analyse results, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within events or sponsorship, with a track record of successfully managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the audience.
  • Strong organisational abilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyse performance and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
  • Experienced in using the Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in tools like Marketo, Salesforce, or other marketing platforms being advantageous.
