Why do we want you? We are seeking an experienced People Advisor who can provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a talent for building strong relationships at all levels, and a solid background in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policy implementation. As a People Advisor, you will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, ensuring compliance with best practice while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Joining our People Team, as our People Advisor you will; Take responsibility for supporting and implementing the People Plan. Drive various people projects aligned with the People Plan. Empower and guide line managers in handling a full range of people-related queries and processes. Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for managers on HR-related matters. Support organizational design and development initiatives. Assist with executing talent management programs, such as retention planning, succession planning, performance management, and talent development. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements. Conduct training sessions on HR best practices and organisational policies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to shape and mould the role, truly making it their own while driving meaningful impact across the business. We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes… Proven experience in Human Resources, with advisory experience and handling a variety of people processes/issues. Knowledge of UK employment law (knowledge of international employment law is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to interact effectively and respectfully with others. Sound judgment and decision-making skills based on relevant information. A curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to explore situations and provide options and assess risks. Resilience and composure under pressure, maintaining professionalism in challenging situations. A strong customer service focus. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Problem-solving skills and the ability to use your initiative. A collaborative, team-oriented approach. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
