We are seeking an experienced People Advisor who can provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters. Joining our People Team, as our People Advisor you will;
- Take responsibility for supporting and implementing the People Plan.
- Drive various people projects aligned with the People Plan.
- Empower and guide line managers in handling a full range of people-related queries and processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for managers on HR-related matters.
- Support organizational design and development initiatives.
- Assist with executing talent management programs, such as retention planning, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Conduct training sessions on HR best practices and organisational policies.

- Proven experience in Human Resources, with advisory experience and handling a variety of people processes/issues.
- Knowledge of UK employment law (knowledge of international employment law is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to interact effectively and respectfully with others.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills based on relevant information.
- A curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to explore situations and provide options and assess risks.
