We’re Hiring a B2B Event Production Coordinator (Hybrid – Aldgate, London). Are you passionate about delivering B2B events that make a real impact? HSJ (Health Service Journal) – the UK’s leading platform for healthcare insight, data, and events – is looking for a motivated and organised Event Production Coordinator to join our award-winning team.
In this role, you’ll:
- Play a key part in growing our HSJ Awards programmes by supporting the Awards Director in securing industry judges.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior NHS leaders, suppliers, judges, and partners.
- Play an active role in developing and delivering high return on investment for our Awards partners.
- Support UK healthcare in improving patient care and outcomes.

What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of commercial events experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A proactive, organised, and ambitious mindset.
