The Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven CRM & Data Partnerships Manager to accelerate the growth of our CRM data partnerships across the UK healthcare supplier market—including medtech, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. You’ll operate at a strategic level, developing long-term partnerships, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and positioning HSJ Information as the trusted authority in NHS data and insight.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving Growth
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline (3x monthly target)
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Building Strategic Partnerships
    • Engage senior stakeholders across complex organisations
    • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored CRM data solutions
    • Manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to onboarding and handover
  • Sales & Pipeline Management
    • Accurately forecast revenue and report performance
    • Maintain CRM activity and pipeline visibility (Salesforce)
    • Use data and insights to optimise sales performance
  • Client & Market Insight
    • Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
    • Feed insights back into product and marketing strategies
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work cross-functionally to deliver client success
    • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
    • Support continuous improvement across processes and systems

    What We’re Looking For

    • Essential
    • Senior-level sales or account director experience
    • Proven track record delivering £1m+ annual revenue
    • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
    • Experience in CRM data/services within healthcare
    • Established relationships within medtech/pharma sectors
    • Understanding of HCP audiences and healthcare data structures
  • Highly Desirable
    • Salesforce CRM experience
    • Active use of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
