The Role
- Drive growth in subscription sales.
- Retain existing business and identify growth opportunities within IT & Technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Engage with senior decision-makers to drive sales growth within renewals.
- Develop and manage account plans for customers.
- Demonstrate our subscription products to clients via MS Teams or in-person meetings.
- Provide insightful reports on customer usage and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with customers' products and services.
- Effectively manage internal stakeholders to support customers.
- Maintain a developed and aligned pipeline in line with business expectations.
- Stay current with our subscription portfolio to guide clients through any changes.
- Ownership of KPIs.
- Contribute to product development ideas based on customer feedback.
