Clients include professional sports clubs, financial services companies, FMCG companies and more!

We\’re now supporting them to add fresh talent to their sales team, with the hire of new Business Development Representatives in London.

What do I do as a BDR?

Working as a Business Development Representative, your role is all about helping the company create new sales pipeline.

Identifying potential revenue opportunities with companies across the UK and Ireland, you\’ll spend time researching companies, calling decision makers and looking to build relationships with them to the point where they are keen to be booked in for a product demonstration.

As you grow and develop in the role you\’ll begin to work through a progression pathway that will first lead to a Senior Business Development Representative position and then Account Executive – where you\’re closing huge deals yourself! All of this is achievable within the first 2 years of the role.

What do I need to bring?

  • Huge hunger & desire to start a sales career
  • Confidence, relationship building and credibility to build relationships with C-Suite Executives
  • The resilience and determination to work towards targets
  • Commutable 3 times per week to central London

What is the package?

  • £35,000 base salary
  • £60,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Headset, laptop, at home set-up (the role is 3 days office, 2 days WFH)
