The Peninsula London is seeking an experienced Technology Officer to join our Technology Team. This role will be responsible for providing tier one and two support to colleagues and guests. It will be assisting in maintaining and supporting Technology (IT/ELV/AV) Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded IT Officer to join the only hotel company in the world with its own extensive in-house Research & Development division, with a strong focus on innovation, guest experience and colleagues’ self-development.

Key accountabilities
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 Technology (IT/ELV/AV) support to colleagues and guests in accordance with ITIL and luxury standards.
- Support with ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Technology infrastructure.
- Assisting and supporting the Technology Team.
- Ensure adoption and adherence to Group Technology Security Compliance
General requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within similar positions supporting andproviding 1st and 2nd tier technology support in fast-paced ITIL, dynamic and customer-facing environments.
- Formal networking and server/desktop administration and service management certifications/training (i.e. CCNA, MCSE, ITIL) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure with a strong sense of urgency, prioritising and organisational skills. Systematic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer support skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in an accessible style to non-technical colleagues.
