We are seeking an experienced Room Service Manager , responsible for the overall operations and financials of the Room Service while ensuring the provision of quality food and beverage service as an industry leader.

Key accountabilities

  • Exceeds guest expectations with service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles, focusing on the core principles. Looks for improvement for better service standards with a general theme of anticipating the guests\’ needs.
  • Understands all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
  • Ensures that all areas within responsibility operate in line with maximising profit while delivering on the excellence in product and service.
  • Hires, develops, motivates, supervises, and performance manages department employees in maintaining a culture in compliance with mission, vision, values and cores principles HSH.

General requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully holding a similar position in a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.
  • Broad F&B knowledge. Previous London experience would be desirable.
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
  • Fluent English communication proficiency. Expertise in a second language would be desirable.
