We are looking to recruit a full-time technician and MOT tester at Volvo Cars Guildford. You must be qualified to NVQ level 2 or 3 and work to a high standard in order to give our customers an outstanding level of workmanship. Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30, with 1 hour for lunch, Saturdays on a rota basis.
Primary tasks and responsibilities:
- Servicing & repairs of all Volvo Cars.
- Work well on your own, and in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Be able to talk to customers to gain further knowledge on a fault or symptom.
- Accurately record faults found on a Health Check system.
- Write job cards up clearly for warranty and retail purposes.
- Enhance the reputation of the showroom at every opportunity when interacting with others.
