HSF Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, with a strong emphasis on accurate administration, production support, and accounts support. The successful candidate will be confident using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and communicates well with colleagues and customers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and support efficient workflow.
- Create production packs for the workshop.
- Complete data entry accurately and on time using Sage Accounts Software.
- Organise and maintain office files and records (electronic and paper).
- Provide general administrative support to colleagues as required.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and handle enquiries with good phone etiquette.
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar management.
- Ensure a high standard of clerical work, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Experience & Skills
- Experience with Sage Accounts, Microsoft Word, and Excel all desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accurate typist with strong data-entry and clerical ability.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
