HSF Group manufactures a range of high-quality engineering solutions for customers across a variety of sectors. Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for CNC Operator'sto join our team in Bellaghy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to manufacture components accurately
- Setting up and operating CNC press brake / tube laser machinery
- Folding, profiling, cutting and processing components to the required specifications
- Checking dimensions, bend angles and tolerances to maintain quality standards
- Selecting the correct tooling and machine settings for each job
- Carrying out grinding, deburring and finishing work where required
- Operating overhead cranes, lifting equipment and hand tools safely
- Inspecting completed parts to ensure they meet drawing and company requirements
- Working flexibly across CNC operations as production demands require
- Working closely with supervisors and production colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow
Experience and Skills Required
Applicants should have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in this field
- The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- A good understanding of engineering or workshop processes
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to work well as part of a team and use your own initiative
