The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Senior Warehouse Operative to join our team. The role will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, supporting logistics, and maintaining smooth workflows. This position requires hands-on warehouse work, supervision of stock control processes, and effective use of CRM systems (preferably Zoho, including Zoho Inventory).
You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure equipment is correctly prepared, transported and delivered to installers on time. Oversee general warehouse maintenance, tidiness and safe working practices. Supervise and carry out loading/unloading of kit, ensuring stock is handled with care.
Ensure timely delivery of kits and equipment to solar installers, businesses or other specified destinations – frequent travel will be required. Manage and monitor stock control, ensuring accurate stock levels through regular stock takes and audits. Record, track and update stock data in the company’s CRM system (preferably Zoho CRM).
