We are looking to recruit an experienced Software Developer to join the Technology Division (TD). As a software developer, you will deliver and maintain solutions that meet business needs through efficient and effective processes and ways of working. You will thrive in an open, collaborative environment as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on one or more projects. You will support existing systems, design, and deliver new features as we develop our service, adhering to standards and using Agile principles to ensure timely achievement of goals and approvals through constructive collaboration with all relevant parties, contributing to the innovation of all products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions as part of a development team, including unit testing of developed objects/code.
- Manage, support, and develop junior members of the development team.
- Document the design and build of systems being developed.
- Plan and account for project work to deliver systems development.
- Support the change lifecycle by developing changes for operational systems.
- Assist the Application Maintenance team in keeping systems operational when required.
