This permanent Regional Health And Safety Advisor position with HSE Recruitment covers the South Region, based from Swindon and spanning 18 sites.
The role follows a field-based pattern: home working on Mondays and Fridays, with site visits arranged Tuesday to Thursday according to operational needs.

- Incident investigations
- Root cause analysis
- Permit to work training
- Fire risk assessment
- Workplace transport
- Review performance indicators and outstanding observations
Salary
Salary is £38,000 to £45,000 per annum.
Salary and package- £36,000.00 - £45,000.00 + car Package.

Working hours & location
South Region, based from Swindon and spanning 18 sites. Home working Monday and Friday and diary management Tuesday to Thursday depending on the needs of their sites.
Qualifications & Experience
- We are really open on level of experience, what is important is aptitude and capability.
- Two years’ experience in health and safety as a minimum.
- NEBOSH Certificate level qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience with permit to work, workplace transport and fire risk assessments would be beneficial.
- Strong accident investigation experience is essential, everything else can be learned.
