Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Manager Location: Cheltenham (on-site) with UK-wide travel Salary: £50,000–£55,000 company car/car allowance Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30, 1-hour unpaid break) About the Role A growing residential property management organisation is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to develop, implement and continuously improve an integrated Quality Management System and Health & Safety framework across its UK portfolio. You will be the go-to expert for all QHSE matters, ensuring compliance with legislation, ISO standards and best practice. What You’ll Do Lead Quality Initiatives Maintain and enhance an ISO 9001:2015-certified management system Plan and run internal/external audits; monitor quality KPIs Drive procedural improvements and documentation control Champion Health & Safety Design and oversee company H&S strategy, policies and toolbox talks Perform site inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations Deliver training sessions to staff and contractors Manage Compliance & Risk Ensure adherence to HASAWA, CDM Regulations, Fire Safety Order, etc. Oversee contractor RAMS reviews and permit-to-work systems Support environmental risk assessments and sustainability initiatives Engage Stakeholders Act as primary QHSE liaison with residents, clients, contractors and regulators Prepare and present clear reports to senior leadership and external partners Who You Are Experience: Around 5 years in QHSE roles (Senior Advisor/Manager level) within property, construction or FM Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate (required); ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and IOSH membership (desirable) Skills: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and UK H&S legislation Proven ability to implement long-term safety, quality and environmental solutions Strong communicator with excellent leadership and analytical skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide Mindset: Proactive collaborator, aligned with values to “Do the right thing, Find a better way, Deliver it” What’s on Offer Competitive salary and company car or allowance Opportunity to build and shape a QHSE function from day one Exposure to a diverse residential portfolio and senior stakeholders Supportive, owner-led culture with clear commitment to development and wellbeing How to Apply For further information on this role, please contact
