Company: Manufacturing Organisation - well established Role : Environment, Health and Safety Advisor (Environmentally focused ) Salary : £37,000 – £43,000 per annum *DOE + enhanced pension, benefits and bonus Location : Burton on Trent Working Hours : 37.5 hours per week Seeking a hands on, dynamic and people centric professional to provide safety, health and environmental project support alongside an experienced SHE Manager (also based on site). This position is perfect for a strong environmentally focused Health and Safety coordinator (officer or advisor) who is very driven in their career who is able to hit the ground running for this large and well established, iconic 24/7 manufacturing site. Responsibilities To be responsible for supporting the SHE Manager in all aspects of health, safety and environment across site, with key focus on environmental management as well as covering for the Manager when required. Be a valued person within an established HSE team, who can be visible and approachable across the site and bring innovative and forward-thinking ideas to the table Establish trusted relationships with the community and external stakeholders Support incident investigations
