We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) or Field Service Functional Consultant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions for use by our internal and external users.
In this role, you will work with a wide range of multi-skilled digital, data, and technology (DDaT) roles and project stakeholders, all of whom share a vision for a user-centric approach and making government services better through smarter use of technology.
You will drive and deliver the development and implementation of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions, which form part of HSE’s back-office and business-facing solutions. This will enable the development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs, focused on Regulatory Systems.
