Business Planning Manager

The Business Planning Manager posts are new posts. The post-holders will oversee all aspects of business planning either within Building Control or In Occupation and will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating all planning activities across these operational areas. The roles have a national remit, and the post-holder will work alongside the operational leadership teams, reporting directly to the relevant Heads of Operations.

The Business Planning Manager will provide clarity and transparency on key milestones to define what, when and how HRB assessment projects will be organised, scheduled and delivered to maximise efficiency and productivity with the available resources. The roles will drive growth and operational excellence.

An analytical approach will be essential to manage and interpret complex data sets to maintain both high-level and detailed project plans. The roles require strategic thinking alongside robust technical planning and excellent interpersonal skills.
