Job Description:

  • Communicate with partners and deliver first-round introduction.
  • Coordinate with other teams to deliver timely services.
  • Manage customers’ information and related claims, and submit content to headquarters on time.
  • Provide ideas for improving service standards and contribute to service management.
  • Administrative functions.
  • Establish and maintain a network of medical providers, including hospitals/clinics/pharmacy stores, etc.
  • Contribute to projects related to specific network needs.
  • Provide advice and solutions to the case management team to enhance service quality.
  • Fraud investigation and quality control of network facilities.

We can accept international students for an internship period (6 months) and then progress to a full-time job.
