Job Description
1. Communicate with partners and deliver first-round introduction.
2. Coordinate with other teams to deliver timely services.
3. Manage customers’ information and related claims, and submit content to headquarters on time.
4. Provide ideas for improving service standards and contribute to service management
5. Administrative functions
6. Establish and maintain a network of medical providers, including hospitals/clinics/pharmacy stores, etc.
7. Contribute to projects related to specific network needs
8. Provide advice and solutions to the case management team to enhance service quality

We can accept international students for an internship period (6 months) and then progress to a full-time job.
