– £68,525 per annum) DIRECTORATE:People and Place INITIAL LOCATION:Rosewood Villa St Lukes Hospital, Armagh REPORTS TO:Head of Recruitment Shared Services ACCOUNTABLE TO:Human Resources Director FLEXIBLE WORKING PROVISIONS AVAILABLE:Full-time working, Fixed working patterns, Part-time working, Compressed/elongated hours, Average hours working patterns, and Hybrid Working The Deputy Head of Recruitment Shared Services Centre will be responsible for supporting the Head of Recruitment Shared Services with resource planning, training, communications, service and performance management of recruitment and selection services in a busy and fast paced Service Centre.
The postholder will oversee the implementation and operation of Recruitment and Selection processes within service centre provided to Health and Social Care (HSC) organisations by the Business Services Organisation (BSO).
