As an Equity Private Placement Analyst/Associate, you will play a crucial role in the execution of private equity transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers to support the origination, structuring, and execution of private placements for a diverse range of clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., * Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of private equity placements, including preparing pitch books, financial models, and transaction documents.

Client Interaction: Support senior bankers in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to identify potential investors and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Due Diligence: Coordinate and perform due diligence activities, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.

Documentation: Prepare and review transaction documentation, including offering memoranda, term sheets, and investor presentations.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

Experience: Experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
