Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the assigned region.
- Convert in-bound enquiries and warm lead enquiries into orders through strategic and committed follow-up.
- Identify, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts (services, engine sales, spare parts, workshop capabilities).
- Attend and conduct regular customer visits, maintaining relationships and understanding evolving business needs.
- Pass qualified opportunities to the operations team for technical quoting.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions, visits, and opportunity progress.
- Collaborate with operations, service, technical, and marketing teams to deliver customer requirements.
- Support the marketing team by contributing to campaign ideas, providing market intelligence, and following up on marketing-generated leads.
- Provide regular reports on activity levels, pipeline status, and regional performance.
- Attend exhibitions and industry events as required to support customer relationships.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity and market developments.
- Support the development of OEM partner relationships within the region.
- Create and maintain a positive working relationship with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer delivery.
