This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work with a globally recognised team. Duties and responsibilities of the Field Service Operations Administrator: Typically, you will: Process FSE time sheets & expenses Arrange, book and manage all FS travel Manage the FSE records, training and certifications Support and implement training for the FS Team Support the FSE Manager with the design of a new timesheet process workflow, administer and create / implement ongoing internal system training.  Monitor and report concerns / feedback to Head of Contracts and FS Operations Qualifications and requirements for the Field Service Operations Administrator: EHS Compliance: It is essential to be aware of and adhere to all H&S laws and guidelines relevant to the role and to the safety of colleagues, visitors and external partner is compulsory High Attention to Detail  UK Driving Licence    Excellent communication skills, reading, writing, verbal   This vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical Ltd who have been appointed to act as a recruitment partner for this role
