Typically, this person will a Deck Fitter HSB Technical’s client is a very established and well-regarded business. Day to day duties and responsibilities of the Deck Fitter: •     Outfitter on ship & yachts. Work including, fitting Cleats, Handrails, Windows, Hatches, Stanchions, passerelle  and more.          •     Final Fix on interior Furniture.       •     Marine Specific skills working on refits / newbuilds on yachts or other vessels. •     All work needs to be done to the highest standards. •     Drills holes and bolts hardware, hatches, and other parts in place, using hand tools.       •     May measure, cut, and install insulation in designated sections of boats, using hand tools.   Qualifications and requirements requested for the Deck Fitter: •     Worked within the luxury yachting industry previously.          •     NVQ Level 3 in Boatbuilding or have served an apprenticeship.         •     Able to read and understand technical drawings This vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical Ltd who are governed by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and have been appointed to act as the recruitment consultancy for this role
